Magic sand, Moon sand and Gravity sand are all synonyms for this epic Kinetic Sand. Here at Crayons our jaws dropped the minute we saw the Sand in Motion! Firstly, take a look at the youtube video, words cannot describe the mechanical and kinetic qualities of this sand. You can mould it, cast it and use it again and again and again. It's easy to pick up because it contains a trade secret polymer to bond the sand together. You can vacuum it up as well if it gets stuck in places that are hard to clean.

Kinetic Sand is targeted at 2 year olds and above, and we would recommend parental involvement at the younger end of the spectrum just to assist with the moulds and role play ideas!

We'd recommend keeping this sand in an air tight container, to be brought out whenever you or the kids have a creative urge to shape, mould and construct! We encourage you to Pinterest your creations here at Crayons, there are some amazing sculptures out there by you that continue to amaze and inspire us. 

The Kinetic Sand is child friendly too, of course! Non-toxic and anti-microbial qualities give you comfort that it can be stored safely for many, many uses. It's passed all certifications for safety here and abroad, and is being used by thousands of kids at home, in school and kindy daily. You can purchase the sand in sizes of 1KG, 2.5KG, 5KG and the new coloured sand in 2.5KG. The coloured sand comes with a packet each of Blue, Green and Red totalling 2.5KG. 1KG is recommended for 1 or 2 children, larger amounts would be ideal for more children.
