We are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 4:30pm, except for the designated NSW public holidays. It's best to call us on 1300 232 111 first just to be sure that we have what you need.
Once you place your order with us we want to make sure you get to enjoy the great products you've ordered as quickly as possible. To do this we need to be able to communicate with you until your parcel is in your hands (or the hands of your giftee!). Please provide a valid e-mail address and mobile number so that we can send email updates and text messages regarding the progress of your order. It is also important to ensure our emails (or the emails of our carriers) don't go to your spam folder.
Payment for your Order
We can only dispatch orders that have been paid in full. Bank Transfers can take 24hrs to complete, meaning that there may be a delay before your order is dispatched. To avoid this, use OSKO transfers where available. We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment is not received in a timely manner, or where there are any issues with payment, in which case we will process a full refund.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars & include GST. Orders are charged in Australian Dollars.
Products & Ordering
We try to keep all information on our website as accurate as possible, but sometimes there will be errors. If this occurs with a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation & provide a solution.
Packaging of products may be different from that which is displayed in product images on the website.
If you have a specific request for a particular colour or design etc (which is not able to be ordered individually) please add a comment at checkout & we will endeavour to provide the request. Where a request is not made we will choose the colour/design at random. Not all colours/designs will always be available.
