Soul Mates
Soul Mates is a fun and playful adaption of yoga and mindfulness for kids aimed at activating the body and calming the mind. Today’s kids face many challenges - a sedentary lifestyle and too much stress and anxiety can have a detrimental effect on their physical and mental health. The good news is that the skills kids need to have a healthy and balanced life can be learned and practiced from an early age. Yoga helps children to develop self-esteem and body awareness through non-competitive experimentation and practice. Using the poses embossed on the mat as a guide, children are free to experiment and invent their own poses - it’s all about play and body awareness. The mats are designed to be lightweight and easy for children to handle independently.
